HEART DISEASE

The heart is a muscle that pumps blood throughout the body. In a heart attack (myocardial infarction), part of the heart muscle to die while not getting blood. To stay healthy, the heart requires oxygen and other nutrients carried by blood. This is obtained through the artery (blood vessel) disease, which wrap the outside of the heart.

HEART FUNCTION

At the time of pulsing, each room and fill with blood the heart relaxes
(called diastole),
then the heart contracts and pumps blood out of the heart (called systole).
The two atria relax and contract simultaneously,
and both ventricles was also relaxed and contracting simultaneously.
Oxygen-depleted blood and contains lots of carbon dioxide from the body flows through, the two veins were encouraged into the right atrium.
After the right atrium is filled with blood,he will push the blood into
the right ventricle.
Blood is pumped from the right ventricle through the pulmonary valve into
the pulmonary artery, leading to the lungs.
Blood will flow through very small vessels(capillaries)that surround the air
pockets in the lungs, absorbing oxygen and releasing carbon dioxide which
then exhaled.
Oxygen-rich blood flow in the pulmonary vein into the left atrium.
Circulation between the right heart, lungs and left atrium called
the pulmonary circulation.
Blood in the left atrium would be pushed into the left ventricle,
which in turn will, pump oxygen-rich blood through the aortic valve was entered into the aorta (largest artery in the body).
Oxygen-rich blood is supplied to the entire body, except the lungs.

HEART DISEASE SYMPTOMS

1.Painful

If the muscle does not get enough blood (a condition called ischemic), the oxygen is inadequate and the result of excessive metabolic causes cramps or spasms.
Angina is a feeling of tightness in the chest or squeezing chest feeling, which arises when the heart muscle not getting enough blood.
The type and severity of pain or inconvenience this may vary in different people. Some people experience lack of blood flow can not feel pain at all (a condition called silent ischemia).

2.Asphyxiate

n the early stages of heart failure, patients only feel shortness of breath during physical activity. In line with the worsening of disease, difficulty will occur when patients do light activity, even when the patient is resting (not doing the activity).
Most sufferers feel short of breath when you're in a position to lay down because the liquid flows into the lung tissue. If you sit down, gravity causes fluid to collect in the bottom of the lungs and difficulty will be reduced.
Shortness of breath at night is chock that occur when patients lie down at night and will be lost if the patient sitting upright.

3.Fatigue

If the heart is not pumping effectively, blood flow to muscles during activity to be reduced, causing the patient feeling weak and tired. Symptoms are often mild.
To overcome this, people usually reduce gradually or activities suspect this phenomenon as part of aging.

4.Palpitations (pounding heart)

Usually a person does not pay attention to his heartbeat. But in certain circumstances ( if a healthy person doing intense exercise or experience the dramatic), he could feel his heartbeat.
His heart was beating very strong or very fast or irregular.
Doctors can reinforce this phenomenon by feeling the pulse and hear the heartbeat through a stethoscope.
Palpitations that occur simultaneously with other symptoms (shortness of breath, pain, fatigue, fatigue or fainting) might result from an abnormal heart rhythm or heart disease are serious.

5. Dizziness & fainting

Decrease in blood flow due to heart beat or rhythm is abnormal, or because the pumping ability of the poor, can cause dizziness and fainting.
These symptoms can also be caused by diseases of the brain or spinal cord, or it could without serious cause.
Strong emotions or pain (which activates the part of the nervous system), can also cause fainting.

RISK FACTORS

In order not to coronary heart disease, prevention efforts that can be done is to check the levels of LDL cholesterol or "bad" cholesterol and blood pressure regularly. Another way is to adopt a healthy diet, including not overeat and avoid foods that contain fat and alcohol, balanced by the activity of bodybuilding.
risks can not be modified is that the older the age, sex, and no family history of experiencing heart problems and blood vessels. Meanwhile, a number of risks that could cause modified by changing unhealthy lifestyles, such as high LDL cholesterol, low HDL cholesterol, high blood
